- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that notices submitted by methods other than those listed above may not be processed. We recommend submitting your notice via email for the fastest response.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. The original complainant will then have a period of time, as prescribed by law, to seek a court order restraining you from engaging in infringing activity. If no such court order is received within the prescribed period, we may, in our sole discretion, restore the removed material.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
5. Modifications to Submitted Content
We reserve the right to modify or remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, may infringe the intellectual property rights of others, without prior notice and without liability to the user who posted such content.
6. Good Faith and Accuracy
Please be aware that there can be substantial legal consequences for filing a false or fraudulent DMCA Notice or counter-notification. We strongly encourage you to consult with a qualified attorney before submitting any notice or counter-notification. A person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
We act as a service provider and are not responsible for the content uploaded by users. By following the DMCA notice-and-takedown procedures described in this policy, we seek to qualify for the safe harbor protections provided to online service providers under applicable copyright law. We do not endorse, guarantee, or represent the accuracy or completeness of any content on our platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
